Speaker Bio:

Hugo Zepeda, resident of Bakersfield California, a mid-size city in the central valley. I am currently working in my Biology Bachelors at California State University Bakersfield with 25 years of age. My first language is Spanish since I was born in Mexico but came to the United States right after high school where I have learned English. My current interest is in ecological compositions, I want to solve how and why do ecosystems work the way they do. I recently had a 15-minute presentation about my research in Utah, that was also my first time ever presenting outside of school making this time the second. I look forward to present my poster, gaining more experience and developing further this skill which is so important for research.
